Sales Representative Road & Park – FIEDLER SYSTEM
Do you want to take responsibility for building and driving a profitable and innovative business area? We are now looking for a dedicated and self-driven sales representative for our "Road & Park" segment in the Northern, Western, and Eastern regions.
About us
FIEDLER SYSTEM is a family-owned company rooted in Småland and Blekinge, founded in 2020. With a focus on environmentally driven innovation, we have developed the Ground Spike – a patented solution for ground anchoring that is faster, easier, and more environmentally friendly than traditional methods. Our vision is to provide customers with long-term profitable installations by combining simplicity, stability, and efficiency.
With the Road & Park segment, we offer a flexible and modern alternative to traditional foundations, tailored for everything from traffic poles, fences, and park benches to bike racks and windbreaks. The Ground Spike penetrates materials such as asphalt, gravel, and blasted stone, helping to reduce both installation and maintenance costs. All products are developed in line with the Swedish Transport Administration's requirements for quality and environmental adaptation.
About the role
As a sales representative for Road & Park, you will play a key role in establishing and developing a growing business area. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities and presenting solutions to negotiating contracts and ensuring that deliveries meet customer requirements.
Your focus will be on:
· Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
· Creating and implementing your own sales strategy for the segment.
· Visiting customers throughout Sweden to demonstrate and explain the benefits of our solutions.
· Ensuring that our products deliver added value by reducing installation costs and maintenance for customers.
· Contributing insights to further develop our products and services.
The role involves significant personal responsibility while also offering support from our experienced sales representatives in other segments. The position is commission-based, allowing you to significantly influence your own income.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented sales representative driven by finding new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
· Experience in technical sales or products within construction/installation.
· Good negotiation skills and a business-oriented mindset.
· A strong personal drive and the ability to work independently, with the capability to build long-term customer relationships.
· Excellent communication skills in Swedish.
· A valid driver's license and own car are required, as the role involves regular customer visits throughout Sweden.
· Experience working with contractors or in public environments is an advantage.
